A prepared read-only REST adapter for Arcus perpetuals: inspect market metadata, prices, native funding-rate fields and best bid/ask snapshots. Mainnet and testnet are selected explicitly. This independent integration cannot create API keys, read accounts, place or cancel orders, change leverage, deposit, transfer or withdraw funds.

Trading is separate: register an Ed25519 API key against the user's wallet and fund that user's account with collateral; exchange fees may apply. No data subscription requirement was established in the reviewed public API docs. Marketplace use and Apiary pricing still need approval.
