Two GET tools: /inspect?address={SegWit address} returns canonical lowercase address, hrp, networkHint, checksum encoding, witness version/program and scriptPubKeyHex; /compare?a={address}&b={address} returns both inspections, sameEncodedDestination (matching prefix and script) and sameScriptPubKey (ignoring network prefix). Supports bc, tb and bcrt prefixes, BIP173 Bech32 for witness v0, BIP350 Bech32m for v1–16, 2–40 byte witness programs, and v0's 20/32 byte limits. A 32-byte v1 program is labeled p2tr-encoding without validating its curve point. Other v1 programs and future versions are unassigned-witness-program, not proof of consensus acceptance or spendability. tb is shared by testnet and signet, so networkUnambiguous:false; no exact test network is inferred. Plain all-lowercase or all-uppercase ASCII addresses only, at most 90 characters; mixed case, whitespace, bad padding/checksum, unsupported prefixes, legacy Base58, payment URIs, extra query parameters and bodies return 400. No trimming, additional URL decoding or automatic address correction. A checksum match does not establish ownership, account existence, funds, transaction suitability or spendability. GET only; no node request, wallet, signing, payment or broadcast. Standards: https://bips.dev/173/ and https://bips.dev/350/ (BSD-2-Clause); adapted reference implementation: https://github.com/sipa/bech32/tree/master/ref/python (MIT).
