The existing central-email Demo account and server-side key are verified. Private admin quota reporting reads Zerion's official rate-limit headers under an approved 15-minute metered schedule; this is not an invoice or dollar-balance API. Marketplace permission and free pilot access have been requested from Zerion and are pending. The callable backend is not implemented or deployed. Public calls and payments remain disabled until written resale permission, implementation, pricing and live gateway validation are complete.

The existing account remains on Demo: 300 free requests/day and 1 request/second. The newer free Developer plan advertises 2,000/day and 3 requests/second but requires card verification; it has not been activated. Public Builder pricing is $149/month for up to 250,000 requests and 10 requests/second (checked October 19, 2026). Some endpoints have separate sub-quotas. Provider plans or direct x402/MPP access do not automatically grant marketplace resale permission. Apiary’s per-call price is not set.
